Where platform-supported payment methods are used, platform records may be treated as primary evidence of payment status. If manual payment methods are permitted, the Seller and Buyer must follow Makato’s reference and verification requirements.
Makato does not guarantee settlement, recovery, or outcomes of private payments.
The Seller must respond to Buyer complaints within a reasonable time and offer a fair resolution where a listing is materially inaccurate. The Seller should reasonably cooperate with requests for evidence (such as messages, photos, invoices) where disputes arise.
Listings or Seller access may be restricted or removed for violations of these Terms or for content that is unsafe, misleading, or unlawful.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. If the Seller publishes its own approved Shop policies, those policies may replace these default terms for that Shop.
